κουπί is a premium sports equipment brand specializing in high-performance padel rackets. Born from the fusion of Greek elegance and Egyptian craftsmanship, our rackets are designed in Dubai and engineered for players who demand precision, quality, and distinction.

What does "κουπί" mean?

κουπί (pronounced "koo-pee") means "paddle" in Greek. The name reflects our roots — a passion for padel discovered in Greece, combined with a legacy of craftsmanship from Egypt.

Where is κουπί based?

κουπί is headquartered in the UAE, with heritage roots in Alexandria, Egypt. We ship to the UAE, GCC, Europe, the UK, North Africa, and selected international destinations.

Is κουπί an official registered brand?

Yes. κουπί is a registered trade name operating out of the UAE. All products are sold exclusively through our official website, koubisport.com.

What products does κουπί offer?

Our current collection features four premium padel rackets, each designed for a different playing style:

• ZEUS — Round shape, beech wood construction. For the touch player who values control and feel.

• HERCULES — Diamond shape, full carbon 18K. For the aggressive player who attacks the net.

• ATLAS — Round shape, beech wood. A craftsmanship piece for purists.

• HADES — Diamond shape, full carbon 18K. The flagship elite racket for players who accept nothing less.

What materials are κουπί rackets made from?

Depending on the model, our rackets are constructed from full carbon 18K fiber or premium beech wood. Each racket features multi-EVA cores for optimal shock absorption, precision-drilled perforation patterns, and hand-finished grip wrapping.

How do I choose the right racket for my playing style?

It depends on how you play:

• Control players who rely on touch and placement → ZEUS or ATLAS (round shape, beech wood)

• Power players who attack and dictate rallies → HERCULES (diamond shape, carbon 18K)

• Elite competitive players who want maximum performance → HADES (diamond shape, top-tier carbon 18K)

Are κουπί rackets suitable for beginners?

Yes. The ATLAS is an excellent entry point for players who are new to padel — it offers a forgiving round shape with a comfortable weight. The ZEUS is also beginner-friendly while providing room to grow as your skills develop.

Do you offer customization or personalization?

Custom and personalized rackets are available on request. Please contact us at support@koubisport.com to discuss your requirements. Note that personalized products are non-returnable.

Will you be adding more products in the future?

Ordering & Payment

How do I place an order?

Visit koubisport.com, browse the collection, select your racket, and add it to your cart. Proceed to checkout, enter your shipping details, and complete the payment. You will receive an order confirmation email immediately.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept Visa, MasterCard, and other major credit and debit cards through our secure payment gateway. All transactions are processed over a secure SSL-encrypted connection.

Is it safe to shop on koubisport.com?

Absolutely. Our website is SSL-secured, and all payment transactions are processed through a PCI-compliant payment gateway. Your personal and financial information is never stored on our servers.

Can I place an order over the phone or by email?

Currently, all orders must be placed through koubisport.com. If you need assistance while ordering, contact us at support@koubisport.com and we will guide you through the process.

Do prices include VAT?

Prices displayed on koubisport.com are exclusive of tax. VAT at 5% will be calculated and added at checkout where applicable, and will be shown separately on your invoice.

Can I cancel my order after placing it?

Yes, orders can be cancelled free of charge at any time before they have been shipped. Email support@koubisport.com with your order number and we will confirm the cancellation within 24 hours. κουπί currently operates exclusively online through koubisport.com. We do not have a physical retail store at this time.

Do you offer wholesale or bulk pricing?
