1. Products & Pricing
All prices are displayed in AED and are exclusive of VAT. We reserve the right to amend pricing or product details at any time should an inadvertent error occur[cite: 5].
2. Orders & Payment
Orders are confirmed only upon successful completion of payment via major credit or debit cards[cite: 7, 8]. Koubi Padel reserves the right to decline or cancel orders at its discretion[cite: 9].
3. Delivery
We aim to deliver within 1–3 business days across the UAE. Koubi Padel is not responsible for delays arising from incorrect or incomplete delivery details[cite: 15].
4. Exchange Policy
Exchanges are only accepted if items are unused, in original packaging, and proven defective or incorrect upon receipt[cite: 19, 20, 22].
5. Warranty & Disclaimer
Warranty does not extend to natural wear, misuse, or structural damage from impact during play[cite: 25, 27]. Padel is a high-impact sport; we are not liable for breakage occurring during gameplay.
